Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between NOD³ Solutions AB, org. no. 559596-1706, Sweden (“NOD³”, “we”), and the organisation that creates or uses a workspace in WORK³ (“the customer”). The person who accepts them confirms that they may bind the customer.
1. The service
Section titled “1. The service”WORK³ is a cloud service for planning and following work: projects, items, boards, files, chats and integrations. We may improve and change the service. We tell owners in advance about changes that remove something they rely on.
2. Accounts and access
Section titled “2. Accounts and access”- The customer decides who gets access and with which role, and is responsible for what its users do.
- Users keep their sign-in methods to themselves and tell us about suspected misuse.
- Expert partners and NOD³ support only see content when the customer allows it, as described under Expert partners and Support access.
3. The customer’s content
Section titled “3. The customer’s content”- The customer owns its content. We use it only to provide the service, as set out in the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
- The customer is responsible for having the right to put the content in WORK³ and for not using the service for anything unlawful, harmful or that breaks someone else’s rights.
- The customer can get its content out at any time (for example through the REST API, or ask us for a full export) and delete its workspace.
4. Integrations and AI assistants
Section titled “4. Integrations and AI assistants”When the customer connects a third-party service (such as Slack, a CRM, Claude or ChatGPT), its use of that service is governed by the customer’s agreement with that provider. NOD³ is not responsible for third-party services, but we make sure WORK³ sends them only what the integration needs.
5. Fees
Section titled “5. Fees”Free plans cost nothing. Paid plans are billed per workspace in advance, as stated when you upgrade. Prices exclude VAT. [Payment terms, notice period and price changes to be added with billing.]
6. Availability and support
Section titled “6. Availability and support”We aim for high availability and take nightly backups, but we do not promise the service is free of interruptions unless a separate agreement says so. Planned maintenance is done outside office hours when possible. Contact: privacy@nod3.se.
7. Liability
Section titled “7. Liability”The service is provided as it is. Neither party is liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data that could have been avoided with ordinary backups. Our total liability in a year is limited to what the customer paid us in the twelve months before the claim. [Cap to be confirmed by legal review.]
8. Suspension and termination
Section titled “8. Suspension and termination”- The customer can stop using the service and delete its workspace at any time.
- We may suspend access that breaks these terms or endangers the service or others, and tell the customer why.
- After termination, content is deleted as described in the data processing agreement.
9. Changes to the terms
Section titled “9. Changes to the terms”We tell workspace owners at least 30 days before changes that matter take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
10. Law and disputes
Section titled “10. Law and disputes”Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
