Workspaces

A workspace is your team’s space in WORK³: its projects, items, members, labels and settings. Everything in one workspace is kept apart from every other workspace.

If you are not part of a workspace yet, WORK³ asks you to create one after you sign in. Give it a name, such as your company’s name; you see its address as you type. The page also shows the plans. A new workspace tries Pro free for 14 days, without a card, so the button says Create workspace and try Pro. You become its owner and can invite people right away. After the trial you continue on Free unless you choose a plan.

To create another one later, open the workspace menu at the top left and choose Create workspace. An account can create three workspaces a day and own at most ten; contact support if you need more.

When someone invites you, you get an email with a link. The link is valid for 7 days and only for the address it was sent to. Sign in with that address and click Join.

Open the menu at the top left to see every workspace you belong to and switch between them. Your role can differ from workspace to workspace. Settings → Profile & appearance lists them all.

Each workspace has a default language and time zone (see Workspace settings). Everyone can choose their own under Profile. The time zone decides what “today”, “overdue” and snooze times mean for you.
