Expert partners

An expert partner is an agency or consultant who helps you with your workspace, for example to set up your workflow or integrations.

Add an expert partner

1. Ask the partner for their expert partner code, such as 3F9A-1C2D.
2. Go to Settings → Members & roles → Expert partners and click Add expert partner.
3. Type the code and choose the role the partner’s people get.

What it means

• The partner manages its own team. Everyone on it joins your workspace with the role you chose.
• Partner people are not paid seats.
• Everything they do shows in your audit log, with the partner’s name next to the person.
• You can change the role or click Remove access at any time.

For partners

Partners see an Expert partner view with every client that added them: open and overdue items, members, their role and when they were last active. Give clients your code from that view.
