Integrations
WORK³ works fully on its own. Integrations are optional: connect the apps you already use when you need them, and turn them off again at any time.
The catalog
Section titled “The catalog”Integrations, at the bottom of the sidebar (or Settings → Integrations), lists the apps WORK³ can connect to, by category: CRM, communication, calendar, files and documents, development, automation and API, AI and finance. Each app shows whether it is Connected, Needs attention, Not connected or Coming. The bottom of each tile says what you can do: Connect, Manage, Fix, or Notify me for an app that is coming. An app that shows Not set up here yet cannot be connected on this server yet.
For apps that are on the way, click Notify me. When the app is ready you get a notice in your Inbox and an email. Missing an app or a feature? Click Suggest an app or feature (see Suggest an app or a feature).
This catalog, and connecting apps and setting up their rules, needs the Connect integrations and rules permission. Everyone else finds the apps they connect for themselves (calendar link, Slack account, AI assistants) under My integrations.
Connect an app
Section titled “Connect an app”Open the app and click Connect. Depending on the app, you sign in to it or paste a key. Keys and secrets are stored encrypted, and for a CRM your contacts and client data stay in the CRM.
Once connected, each app has rules: what should happen automatically, for example “when a deal is won, create a project from the Onboarding template”. Click New rule, pick what should happen and fill in the details. Every rule can be turned off on its own, and shows when it last ran and whether it succeeded.
Disconnect removes the app’s rules and stops anything being sent between the apps. WORK³ also removes what it set up in the other app, such as webhooks, and revokes its access there when the app allows it. Projects and items it already created stay.
Build your own
Section titled “Build your own”With the REST API, API keys and webhooks you can connect WORK³ to your own scripts. For n8n, Make and Zapier there are ready-made apps.
