My integrations

Settings → My integrations (or My integrations at the bottom of the sidebar) lists the apps you connect for yourself. Everyone has this page, admins and guests included. Integrations for the whole workspace are under Settings → Integrations for those who may manage them; an app opened from My integrations shows only your own part of it.

App What it does
Calendar link A private link that shows your due dates in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants Ask about and update items from your AI assistant.
Google Drive Attach files from any of your Google accounts. Connect Google Drive lets you choose the Google account (or you connect the first time you pick files); Disconnect my Google account takes back WORK³’s access.
Slack Link your Slack account to get notifications in Slack and create items with /task. The workspace’s Slack app must be connected by an admin first.

If the workspace allows it, My API keys below the tiles lets you make personal API keys for your own scripts. They act as you and always end within a year.

Each tile shows whether you have connected it. Click it to connect, manage or disconnect. The workspace decides who may use each one; one it has turned off for your role shows Turned off in this workspace, and anything you connected earlier is paused until it is turned back on.

A personal integration acts as you, with your permissions, and sees only what you may see. What it does shows under your name.

Integrations for the whole workspace, such as a CRM, webhooks and API keys for n8n, Make or Zapier, are set up by someone with the Connect integrations and rules permission under Integrations. See Who sees which settings.
