Profile and appearance

Settings → Profile & appearance only applies to your own account. It has three tabs: Profile, Notifications and Sign-in and devices.

On Profile:

• Name and photo: what your team sees next to your work.
• Email: the address you sign in with.
• Theme: Light, Dark or System (follows your computer). Ctrl Shift L switches quickly.
• Language: English or Swedish, for menus, buttons and dates.
• Time zone: used for due dates, overdue and snooze. By default the same as the workspace.
• Getting started guide on Home: shows or hides the guide for you. Greyed out when an admin has turned it off for the workspace.

Your workspaces lists every workspace you are in, with your role in each. Your own work is on Home.
