Calendar link
The Calendar link puts what has a date in WORK³ into the calendar you already use. It is personal: each person makes their own link, and it shows only their dates.
What shows in your calendar
Section titled “What shows in your calendar”- Items you are assigned that are not done yet, on their due date.
- Milestones (◆) in your projects.
- Project deadlines (⚑) of your projects.
Your projects are those you lead, have as a favorite, or have items assigned to you in. Archived projects are left out. Everything shows as an all-day event, with a link back to the item or project. Dates from the last 60 days and onwards are included.
Add it to your calendar
Section titled “Add it to your calendar”- Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar link and click Create my calendar link.
- Click Add to Google Calendar, Add to Outlook or Add to Apple Calendar, or copy the link and add it as a subscription (From URL in Google Calendar, Subscribe from web in Outlook) in any calendar that supports iCalendar.
The link is shown only once. If you lose it, make a new one.
Calendars fetch the link on their own schedule. Outlook and Apple Calendar usually update within an hour; Google Calendar can take up to a day. Changes in WORK³ show after the next fetch.
Keep the link to yourself
Section titled “Keep the link to yourself”Anyone who has the link can read the dates and titles in it, without signing in. So:
- Don’t share it or put it in a shared calendar others can see.
- If it was shared by mistake, click New link. The old link stops working at once.
- Turn off stops the link completely.
The link also stops working if you leave the workspace. WORK³ keeps only a fingerprint (hash) of the link, never the link itself, and the calendar can only read: nothing is written back to WORK³.
