Rules
The rules that apply to everyone in the workspace are on two pages in the settings menu: Work under Workspace (closing items that wait on others, new projects in the sidebar) and Security and data under Administration (AI assistants, how long the audit log keeps entries). Each rule is a card with an icon, a title and who it affects. Each one explains what it does, so you can pick the option that fits how you work.
Closing items that wait on others
Section titled “Closing items that wait on others”What happens when someone closes an item that is blocked or still has open sub-items: Warn, then allow (default), Do not allow, or Only show it as blocked. See Dependencies.
