Audit log
The audit log (Settings → Audit log) records who changed what in the workspace: settings, members and roles, invitations, projects, deleted items, labels, boards, imports, integrations, API keys, automations, expert partners and support access.
You need the See the audit log permission.
Find something
Section titled “Find something”Filter by who did it: AI (an AI assistant on someone’s behalf, marked via …), Automation (an API key, an integration or WORK³ itself) or Manual (a person in the app). Then by period (last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time), by person and by event. Clear filters shows everything again.
Export
Section titled “Export”Click Export CSV to download the entries you are looking at, for your own records.
How long entries are kept
Section titled “How long entries are kept”For the period chosen under Rules: 90 days, 1 year (default), 2 years or forever. Older entries are removed once a day.
