Do I need a CRM to use WORK³?
No. WORK³ works on its own. Connect a CRM when you want won deals to become projects by themselves.
Can our clients see their project?
Yes. Invite them as guests, free on every plan. They only see the projects you share with them.
Is the AI safe to use on client work?
It reads only what the person asking may see, shows a card before it changes anything, and every change can be undone for 24 hours. Admins can turn it off.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, under GDPR, with a data processing agreement as part of our terms.
Can we move our projects in?
Yes. Import items from a spreadsheet, or connect through the API.
